Job Description
Lazer Media is looking for motivated and creative professional Account Executives who are team players, as well as understand and embrace company initiatives and budget goals.
Some Responsibilities Include:
– Identifying new business opportunities with agencies, direct marketers and online advertisers.
– Maintaining client relationships through exceptional customer service
– Writing and presenting proposals
– Generating a high volume of sales activity including cold calling, presentations and more
– Driving revenue and new business through long term contracts
– Strategizing and developing marketing solutions for advertisers
– Achieving monthly revenue goals
– Preparing and coordinating sales orders and production requests in a timely manner
– Collecting accounts and working with Collections Manager on problem accounts.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2-5 years experience selling Radio preferred
– Excellent written and verbal communication and sales skills
– Strong ability to multi-task
– Excellent closing & presentation skills
– Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
– Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

Lazer Media is looking for a pleasant and polite Bilingual Receptionist, dedicated to greet clients and visitors with a smile.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
– Manage high call volume and direct to the appropriate department for assistance
– Ensure sales leads are referred to the appropriate Account Executive or Manager
– Keep entrance and lobby areas presentable at all times and maintain work area clean
– Give commercial times to clients upon request
– Assist personnel with English/Spanish translations
– Provide listeners with their prizes every Thursday and Friday and validate their identity
– Keep inventory of prizes and maintain list of winners
– Create and Print Gift Certificates/Tickets
– Support Receptionists in other markets
– Keep record of all keys for the building
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years experience in a business environment
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong ability to multi-task
– Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
– Bilingual Spanish/English

Lazer Media is looking for a creative and problem-solving Social Media Assistant to join our team.
As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our social presence and improve our sales efforts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating and publishing original social media content in various formats for all LM social platforms
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling posts on all social media platforms
- Create strategic social branding campaigns for LM programming, sales and promotional initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with changes for all social platforms
- Assist in creating and analyzing metric reports on campaign progress and completion for internal and external purposes
- Engage with social media audience by responding to comments and questions on all social media platforms
- Assist in Live Social Media coverage at activations and station events
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role
- Have knowledge and understanding of the current social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc) including understanding the audience for each platform
- Bilingual with excellent writing skills in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Latino and Latin American culture
- Understanding of online communities and the impact of social media
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to work independently on projects as well as with a team

Local radio broadcasting company is looking for a motivated and creative professional to complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Some Responsibilities Include:
* Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
* Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices/expense reports; recording entries
* Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments
* Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
* Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
* Protect company’s value by keeping information confidential
*Accomplish accounting and company mission by completing related results as needed
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Quickbooks
* Knowledge in General Ledger and Reconciliation
* Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Accounting is preferred
* Excellent proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality work with a strong attention to detail
* Strong work ethic with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under deadlines

This full-time position will manage incoming commercial copies, schedule accordingly and maintain constant and effective communication with the traffic manager, account executives, media buyers, networks, and clients.
Some responsibilities include:
– Processing daily orders
– Checking and correcting order entries
– Maintaining files of all commercial copies and instructions
– Following proper procedures in log editing program
– Maintaining and updating database records
– Working as liaison between traffic, sales, and production department.
Qualifications:
– Radio traffic experience preferred, but willing to train
– High school graduate diploma or equivalent required
